Our Turnkey + PMC services commence at the planning and design coordination stage, where we assist in finalizing layouts, specifications, materials, budgets, and execution strategies in coordination with architects, designers, and consultants. We prepare detailed schedules, procurement plans, and execution methodologies to align design intent with practical and efficient construction.
Under this combined contract, we take responsibility for complete project planning, procurement, execution, and delivery, while simultaneously performing the role of PMC to safeguard the client’s interests through structured monitoring, reporting, and quality control.

During execution, we manage all contractors, vendors, and site activities under the turnkey scope, ensuring disciplined sequencing and seamless coordination across civil, MEP, interior, and finishing works. As PMC, we implement systematic site supervision, progress tracking, quality inspections, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Strong emphasis is placed on quality assurance and workmanship standards through defined inspection checkpoints, material approvals, mock-ups, and testing procedures. This dual role ensures execution excellence while maintaining independent-quality discipline within the project framework.

Time and cost control are integral to the Turnkey + PMC model. We monitor project schedules, control budgets, verify contractor bills, manage variations, and implement value engineering to ensure financial predictability and timely delivery.
Safety, statutory compliance, and documentation are managed proactively, including adherence to applicable codes, labor regulations, and site safety standards, along with coordination of inspections and approvals. Regular progress reporting and transparent communication provide clear visibility into project status, financials, risks, and decisions required—while relieving clients from daily site management responsibilities.
